Resolving Disputes with Sovereign Precision.

About World Arbitration Court
Authoritative. Sovereign. Silent Strength.
The Global Standard in Private Arbitration
The World Arbitration Court (WAC) was established to provide a superior path to justice—one that transcends borders, bypasses bureaucracies, and delivers final rulings with global enforceability.
Our mission is clear: deliver neutral, private, and enforceable arbitration to the world’s most sophisticated entities—without compromise, delay, or public exposure.
WAC does not rely on domestic recognition or court approval. Its rulings carry full force under the 1958 New York Convention, UNCITRAL Model Law, and apostilled sovereign foundation treaties. When a WAC award is issued, it is globally enforceable—no appeal, no delay, no escape.
Who We Are
WAC is a sovereign-neutral arbitration institution, grounded in globally accepted legal frameworks, including the UNCITRAL Model Law and the New York Convention (1958).
With a seat of arbitration based in The Hague, The Netherlands and on blockchain sovereignty, WAC operates outside of national legal restrictions—yet fully compliant for enforcement in 172+ jurisdictions.
-
We are not a government court.

We are not bound by political influence.
-
We are an elite tribunal—trusted by those who require precision and discretion above all.
"WAC operates without the need for recognition by domestic courts, as enforceability is already guaranteed under international law and treaties."
